The Classique Espresso was made to showcase coffees that have a low acidity and smooth comforting chocolate notes. We roast this coffee a little darker in color than the rest of our offerings to make the coffee easy to extract and easy for any kind of coffee drinker to enjoy. We love to brew this coffee as an espresso but it also makes a nice cup of filter coffee that you could drink all day.
