For all employees, we offer educational opportunities to learn more about their craft, especially in coffee. Our baristas will have the chance to participate in regular educational workshops on topics related to coffee for continuous learning. Barista roles

We look for baristas that are motivated and focused on offering the best customer experience possible. We appreciate the previous coffee experience, but the motivation to learn, passion to work hard and the will to provide outstanding hospitality is our priority.

 The minimum age to join our team is 18 years old. Starting pay is $10/hr for cashiers, $11/hr for trained baristas, $12/hr for kitchen staff. FOH takes home cash tips and FOH & BOH share credit card tips. The starting rate for dishwashers is $15/hr.
